Last Weekend
I went late as usual to the Family Free
Day at the Pacific Asia Museum. The theme was Filipino Christmas. I thought I
had missed everything, but the dance troupe Kaibigan from Whiney High School in Cerritos was late, too, so I did get to see a performance. The
current exhibition a the museum till Feb. 1 is Korean Costumes through the Ages
which includes recreations of Korean costumes from the 1st century
BC to the present. You canÕt touch the displays, of course, but at the end of
the exhibit is a rack of Korean costumes that you can try on.
